BIOGRAPHY
Emily Feliz is an alumni form the prestigious Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she obtained her Law Degree with honors – Magna Cum Laude – in 2023. Since Emily’s entry to Bufete Lugo Lovaton, she has been an integral member of the Intellectual Property department team, especially in the matters of Trademarks and Patents. Ms. Emily excels in the dispute resolution of Intellectual Property matters with the Administration.
FIELDS OF PRACTICE
Emily Feliz focuses in the area of intellectual property, working closely with the process of protecting distinctive signs and inventions. Her ability to protect our clients’ interests before the Administration is an attribute Bufete Lugo Lovaton is proud to be able to provide our clients.
