Background
Emily Feliz is an alumni form the prestigious Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she obtained her Law Degree with honors – Magna Cum Laude – in 2023. Since Emily’s entry to Bufete Lugo Lovaton, she has been an integral member of the Intellectual Property department team, especially in the matters of Trademarks and Patents. Ms. Emily excels in the dispute resolution of Intellectual Property matters before the local Trademark and Patent Office.
